A Blackford County man is charged with breaking the collarbone of his 12 day-old son and also causing other injuries to the newborn. 27-year-old Nathan Frederick is charged with domestic battery and neglect of a dependent resulting in serious bodily injury. Doctors say the child also has bleeding on the brain and bruises to the spine, ear and nose.
