The East Central Neighborhood Association will host their 42nd Annual Old Washington Street Festival on September 15 & 16. The festival features the architectural, cultural, and social heritage of Muncie’s Emily Kimbrough Historic District and surrounding neighborhoods and will run from 11am-7pm Saturday and 11am-5pm Sunday. Festivities will occur along Washington Street between Madison and Beacon and on side street intersections. The Muncie Maker’s Market will be in Madjax on Sunday, September 16.
