Washington Street in Muncie is going from one way to two for the most part this fall. According to public works officials, the two way section will run from High Street in an easterly direction until the street plays out near White River. Also, another traffic signal will be put up at Washington and Madison Streets, plus angled parking will go in at the County Building.
