Police say a Muncie woman was highly intoxicated when she crashed her vehicle and her child was in the car with her. 27-year-old Rashonda Noelle Williams was taken into custody after her vehicle left Riggin Road near the Walnut Street roundabout and crashed into a ditch. Williams’ blood-alcohol content registered at .284.
