Muncie Woman Admits To Transporting; Selling Drugs
She says she goes to Ohio every other day, buys heroin & meth and then brings it back to sell in Muncie. 24-year-old Rebecca LeAnn Bowman is accused of recently selling more than five grams of meth to an informant at her northside mobile home.
