A long time Muncie resident died last week after an extended illness and now the Delaware County Coroner is trying to find his family members. Jac E. Smothers died at his home on the 300 block of Sough Manning Avenue on August 14th. He was the son of Elmer SMothers who worked at Marhoefer Packing and died in 1987, and of Mary Smothers, who died in 1998. Anyone with information on living relatives is asked to contact the coroner.
