Muncie Animal Rescue Fund officials have broken ground on a new sanctuary house. The new facility will be tucked behind ARF’s main building at 1209 West Riggin Road. The sanctuary will become home to animals with special needs, including those with medical issues & disabilities and for elderly pets.
