Appeals Court Denies Sentence Modification

He’s been convicted of sexually abusing children five times, but a Muncie resident says his 24-year prison term is too harsh.  The Indiana Court of Appeals has denied the sentence modification request from 47-year-old Aaron Lee Dalton, stating that he is a threat to children and hasn’t taken advantage of the previous attempts to rehabilitate him.
