Admitted To Snorting Heroin Before Crash

He crashed his car near Walnut Street and Granville Avenue and now he’s facing drug charges.  23-year-old William Stewart Kerr admitted that he snorted heroin just minutes before the crash. First responders said Kerr appeared to be overdosing in his vehicle. He was revived with two doses of Narcan.
