Woman Charged In Crash That Killed Husband

A woman has been charged in a fatal crash that killed her husband. 27 year old MacKenzie Anderson of the 600 block of West Howard Street In Parker City is charged with causing death when driving with a controlled substance in system. She was driving a car with her husband as a passenger when the car left the roadway and a cement culvert before flipping on its roof.
