At a meeting Monday night concerning the proposed White River Canal District they talked about design standards ranging from sidewalks to trash cans, reports the Star Press. Mayor Dennis Tyler wants to see several buildings, residences on higher floors, retail on the bottom, between Muncie City Hall and the White River. Estimated cost, $75 million.
