Water is off at the Delaware County Justice Center as pipes are being replaced Friday. The water was shut down in the jail as well early afternoon and the jail has been runningo n reserve water supplies. Corroded pipes were found Thursday and couldn’t be fixed without the shutdown. They hope to have the work done Saturday.
