A two-year-old arrest warrant has been withdrawn againt a candidate for the District 4 seat on Delaware County Council. The Star Press reports the warrant issued in 2016 against Ryan Webb was vacated. He had been cited for failing to appear in court in connection with a 2014 incident in which he allegedly bit the son of his then-girlfriend while in an argument.
