Questions Arise In Pendleton Annexation

Pendleton residents are questioning the proposed annexation of three properties, one of which is owned by Town Council Vice President Chad Wolfe. The three properties are being considered separately which has concerned Councilman Chet Babb because it could lead to avoidable legal fees. Babb also said the council wasn’t transparent about the act because it wasn’t on the agenda for the June 14 meeting. Other residents who live near the properties say they weren’t informed of the annexation and wish to be part of it.
