New Castle Man Charged With Dealing

A New Castle man has been arrested on drug-related charges after the number of visitors to his home – usually staying only a few minutes – drew the attention of authorities. According to the Star Press, 57-year-old Brian E. Smith was taken into custody after investigators watched the in-and-out traffic at his home for four days.
