New Castle Inmate Escapes; Is Recaptured

He was working with a community service crew when a Henry County Jail inmate decided to make his escape. 40-year-old Jason E. Walls was apprehended later that day.  He was serving a two-year jail sentence for meth possession; now he’s facing an additional six years in prison.
