Four Inmates Overdose In Blackford Jail

Police pulled him over for a faulty headlight and discovered he was driving with a suspended license and he was a habitual traffic offender. What they didn’t know was that he had stashed heroin inside himself before being booked into Blackford County jail. Hours later he and three other inmates overdosed. After being revived by a shot of Narcan, 33-year-ol Joseph R. Pace was charged with dealing and trafficking with an inmate.
