Landscaping will apparently be getting underway at a site now holding two former businesses at Kilgore Avenue and Jackson Street. Muncie’s Board of Works and Public Safety this week awarded a nearly $175,000 contract to Pridemark Construction to do the work; things like installing trees, a park bench and a sidewalk.
