The back and forth battle over animal feeding operations in Delaware County is heating up – after the Metropolitan Board of Zoning Appeals overturned the decision of Delaware County to issue a building permit for a concentrated animal feeding operation. The attorney for the farmer says the BZA is second-guessing the decision of county commissioners.
