Appeals Court: Sentence Will Stand

The Indiana Court of Appeals says a Muncie man should remain behind bars. 55-year-old Robert Lawrence Williams Jr was sentenced to 12 years in prison after attacking a woman that left her without the use of one eye. The appeals court says the sentence for aggravated battery and domestic battery charges will stand.
