Police say he chased her and then punched her in the face. 48-year-old Scott Andrew Brinker is charged with battery, dealing in a controlled substance, possession of meth and paraphernalia, theft and unlawful possession of a syringe. Brinker was released from the jail after posting a $24,000 bond.
