‘Now Entering…Upland’ Premieres June 23 on WIPB-TV. The public broadcasting station will air the fourth in a series of programs highlighting great small towns in our area. “Now Entering Upland” will premiere live at 8 p.m. Saturday. WIPB kicked off the project in 2016 with Portland. Pendleton and Knightstown followed.
