Police Nab Winchester Drug Dealer

Authorities say a Union City woman twice sold meth to an agent for the Randolph County Sheriff’s Department. 28-year-old Kayeann L. Pingel, has been charged with two counts each of dealing and possession of meth. Investigators say the transactions took place in Winchester.
