Muncie Land Included In Conservation Fund Dollars

The Land Conservation Fund project has secured more than 300 acres of land here. The fund was created to preserve and protect important conservation and recreation areas throughout Delaware County or those owned by Delaware County groups. This year, Red-tail Land Conservancy received $155,000 from the Land Conservation Fund to support the purchase of a 30-acre parcel of land entirely within the city limits of Muncie.
