From 88 down to the sweet 16: Ball State University has narrowed its choices for the Muncie Community School Board. Ball State trustees will appoint five of the 16 to a newly created school board that takes office July 1. Two others will be named from mayoral and city council nominations. The current five-member elected school board will act in an advisory capacity.
