Groundbreaking Today For Upgrade To Muncie Water Treatment Plant

Indiana American Water Company will join Muncie Mayor Dennis Tyler and others at a ground breaking ceremony at 2 this afternoon to officially kick off a $23 million project to upgrade the company’s water treatment facility located on the city’s southeast side.
