Delaware County Courts & Jail To Have A New Home

It looks as if Delaware County’s courts-and-jail WILL be moving out of the downtown area. The county has closed on the purchase of the former ASONS property and the former Wilson Middle School on South Tillotson Avenue. The county paid $2.9 million for the property on May 10 and has since taken possession.
