County Wants To Tighten Tattoo Requirements

The Madison County Health Department is once again considering the tightening of the requirements of the county’s tattoo ordinance. The department wants to prohibit extreme body modification such as branding, cutting, dermal puncture, scarification, implantation, skin peeling and tongue splitting.
