The Anderson Police Department is recommending no charges be filed against the parents of the 3-year-old girl who died inside a hot car on June 3. The case of the death of Hannah Grace Miller has been forwarded to the prosecutor, along with that recommendation. An apparent lack of communication between the girl’s parents appears to have led to the accident.
