The wife of a Pendleton man charged with 36 felony counts of child seduction says she doesn’t want him released from jail. 48-year-old Jeffrey Kramer is asking the court for a bond reduction. Kramer is incarcerated on a $20,000 full cash bond and is requesting the opportunity to post a bail bond. According to the Herald Bulletin, the judge has taken the request under advisement.
