State Route 38 between Indiana 3 and 103 will be closed on or after Wednesday, May 16, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., for milling and asphalt paving. The work is part of a $5.3 million project to improve two miles of the highway, including rebuilding or repair of pavement, replacing sections of curb and sidewalks, and improving storm water drainage.
