A Muncie father and son have been arrested after they printed off fake checks and then cashed them at local credit unions. 49-year-old father, Kenneth Wayne Herbert and 23-year-old Aaron Jacob Herbert have been charged with six related crimes, including two counts each of fraud on a financial institution and check fraud.
