The Ball State Jewish Studies Program is hosting Alan Dowty, a Middle East expert and University of Notre Dame professor, who will discuss “Israelis and Palestinians: Has the Gap Narrowed?” at 7 p.m. on May 9 in Bracken Library, room 104. The event is free and open to the public.
