Today and tomorrow will be the last of the free shuttles to the BMV. The Muncie Indiana Transit System will run on the hour and half-hour if needed from the downtown MITS station to the BMV on East McGalliard Road. The shuttle is for free for residents need to obtain free voter identification cards.
