Gunman Gets 92 Years Behind Bars

Its 92 years in prison for a Muncie man who robbed a bank and fired gunshots at a Yorktown police officer. 25-year-old James T Cole was found guilty in the 2012 incident in which Cole and an accomplice fired a semi-automatic rifle at police after they robbed employees at the Nebo Road branch of First Merchants Bank. His partner in crime is serving 30 years.
