Muncie Animal Care and Services is so packed up with animals that it’s offering incentives for people to adopt. The shelter is discounting adoption fees to $20 for all animales they have there right now. Officials say 2018 has been a record year for intakes. The offer will start Friday and continue through the end of the month. They say they’re trying to ward off the need for euthanasia of some animals.
