Court Of Appeals Denies Muncie Man

The Indiana Court of Appeals has upheld the 24-year prison sentence of a Muncie man. Deandre Barnum was charged with attempted murder after shooting an Anderson man for allegedly roughing up a prostitute in June 2016. Barnum argued on appeal that his sentence was inappropriate in light of the nature of the offense and his character.
