McKinley Avenue between Neely and Bethel avenues on the Ball State University campus will remain closed until August 10th for realignment and construction of a traffic circle. It’s not a roundabout. A traffic circle is more of a 90-degree approach that slows traffic at the approaches into the circle and is one lane.
