Alexandria’s 36 annual city-wide cleanup is set for next Saturday May 12th starting at 8am at Harrison Park. Organizers say they plan to pick up trash, sweep sidewalks, pull weeds, plant flowers, and paint fire hydrants. A free lunch provided to volunteers following the event.
