Police say a New Castle woman tried to buy her way out of drug bust for $50, and then, when that didn’t work; she allegedly upped her offer to $100. 25-year-old Karissa Joe Hirst was arrested after she and another woman Feather Neal were approached by police who found them to be in possession of meth and other controlled substances.
