If you’re driving through Jay County today be aware of a convoy that will close certain sections of U.S. 27. INDOT says a slow-moving, oversize load will be traveling from Bryant, Indiana through Jay County to the Ohio state line between the hours of 9 a.m. and 2 p.m.
