Muncie Woman Accused Of Promoting Prostitution

A Muncie woman accused of enlisting other women to work as prostitutes has pleaded guilty to aiding, inducing or causing prostitution.  A Delaware County sheriff’s deputy says he exchanged text messages with 27-year-old Anissa Lachelle Black after getting her number from an online ad. After agreeing on a price, officers went to a Muncie hotel where they arrested two women who accepted the money in exchange for sex.
