A 21 year old Muncie man faces charges after an incident on the 2500 block of North Elgin Street. Police say 21 Dakota Dudelston of West Kilgore Avenue is charged with slapping his three-year-old daughter in the face and then punching the girl’s mother – who is seven months pregnant – in the stomach. The adults were arguing and when the child started crying, Dudelston allegedly slapped her.
