A Jay County man died after his all-terrain vehicle was struck from behind on a state highway. 65-year-old Carl Corwin was thrown from his ATV after being hit by a car. The driver, Garrett A. Campbell, told investigators he did not see the ATV until it was too late to avoid the collision.
