He used to be a Ball State University math instructor, but now 49 year old Brian Siebenaler of North Colson Drive is convicted of accessing child porn on his computer. He was found guilty Monday stemming from his accessing of child pornography on a campus computer. Sentencing is set for April 30th. The charges against Siebenaler carry a maximum three year prison term.
