Twelve years after the state of Indiana first issued a notice of violation, the cleanup of a former auto salvage yard where a grocery store has just been built remains unfinished. 30 to 40-thousand old tires as well as piles of contaminated soil & car parts remain behind the new supermarket off McGalliard Road.
