A Muncie woman is under arrest, charged with sexually abusing a female acquaintance. 51year old Candice Upchurch also faces strangulation and domestic battery counts. The alleged victim says he was trying to comfort Upchurch who was upset, when Upchurch slapped her, then held her down and grabbed her genitalia.
