Two men cuffed in connection with a beat down that happened outside a Muncie tavern. 36-year-old Eddie Vance III and 28-year-old Andre Anthony are charged with battery resulting in serious injury. Police say they were involved in a fight at Gene’s Restaurant & Lounge in which a man was punched repeatedly in the face and hit in the head with a glass mug.
