Firefighters had trouble getting water at the scene of a blaze in Muncie Sunday night. Crews turned out on the 700 block of East Main Street at about 7:30pm. Three people live in a basement apartment there but the upper two floors are unoccupied. There were no injuries reported but damage to the place is substantial. No word yet on a cause.
