Vietnamese nail salons are being targeted by scammers posing as representatives of the Indiana attorney general’s office. Ann’s Nails in the Muncie Mall, sent $1,000 to the fraudsters through a Green Dot Money Pak prepaid money card before learning it had been deceived.
